• Villiers Hall Student Accomodation- 581-bed development including a Facilities building, for the University of Leicester. 
• Loveday Street Student Accommodation, Birmingham- 604 beds in 2 blocks for Derwent Living, for universities in Birmingham.
• Faraday Road Student Accommodation, Phases 1 & 2- A total of 706 bedrooms for the University of Nottingham. 
• Luxury Apartments former Hooley’s Site, Nottingham- 159 apartments for City Homes. 
• Student Accomodation, Bridge Street, Buxton- 283 bed development for the University of Derby.
