• Kingsmill Hospital, Mansfield, Education Centre- Refurbishment of a number of hospital wards to form new Educational facility.

• Kingsmill Hospital, Mansfield, Cardio Catheter Suite- Provision of Cardio Catheter suite in existing hospital building.

• Bilsthorpe Highways Depot, Notts County Council - New vehicle workshop, storage and fueling facilities, together with offices, training rooms and salt barn. 

• Worksop Community Hub- New Library, Registrar Office and Young Persons Area for Notts County Council.

• Chesterfield & Ilkeston Fire Stations- New Fire Stations for the Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service.

• Hinckley & Bosworth Community Hospital (Sunnyside Hospital) , Hinckley- New Community Hospital for Leicestershire & Rutland Health Trust.

• Osbourne Building, Leicester Royal Infirmary- Extension to Radiotherapy Department to house new Linear Accelerator Machine. Note: 2nd Linear Accelerator installation undertaken in 2009.

• Highfields Community Centre, Leicester- Extensions to and refurbishment of Community Centre for Leicestershire County Council.
