Clinical Skills Building is an educational teaching facility designed for medical use.

A new build 3 storey facility adjoining the existing Lionel Robbins Building on the Clifton campus in Nottingham.  The ground floor includes an entrance atrium with reception and break out space, 4 bed bay simulation rooms along with supporting consultation, examination, prep room, office’s, substation, switch room, stores and a virtual reality space.  The first and second floors consists of social study spaces, collaborative teaching, seminar/meeting rooms, hot desks, GPT Teaching and academic office spaces.  All floors have circulation, lift and stair access along with toilet facilities and storerooms.  The roof contains the mechanical plant room along with plant equipment and a Solar PV system.
