Bowmer & Kirkland have confirmed that Electract have been successful for the St Marks Student Accommodation Scheme in Lincoln. This is the first phase of the St Marks regeneration in the city. The scheme consists of 10 new buildings, which will total 1372No. of new bedrooms spaces. The first phase build cost is circa £70m.
Electract have been contracted to design, supply, install and commission the complete electrical installation from LV distribution, LED lighting, Data, Fire Alarms, Security and life safety systems. The project is due to complete in the Summer of 2021.
This project will continue the great relationship between Electract and Bowmer & Kirkland after the succesful completion of similar projects in recent years.
