Who We Are

Our Head Office is in North West Leicestershire with a branch office in Nottinghamshire.

We pride ourselves on our impeccable record of delivering a quality installation on time and a major factor in this is our strategy of employing our own tradesmen and apprentices and allowing them to develop and progress.

From our early days, we have put into practice this belief in ‘training our own’. In 2000, we accelerated our programme of apprentice recruitment to reflect both this belief and a shortage of skilled tradesmen, with approaching 125 Apprentices and Adult Trainees joining our ranks since then.

And we don’t stop there -nearly half of our office engineering staff have served their apprenticeship with us and two-thirds of our Site Foremen have travelled that route too. The resulting familiarity with an individuals’ capabilities, strengths and experience gives us a mutually beneficial level of control on project labour allocation. The result is a continuity of the high standards and professionalism which mark our Company apart from so many others.
